No outside food or beverages are permitted onboard with exception of bottled water.We prefer contactless and cashless payment options onboard and in the office.Seating onboard sightseeing cruises is not assigned – please arrive on time to ensure best seats available for your party. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time.No pets allowed on premises with exception of certified service animals with appropriate paperwork that will need to be presented to our Ticket Office staff.Please call us at 1-86 if you will be late or unable to make your reservation time. Please note that we have a no refund, no cancellation policy but given a timely notice we may be able to transfer your tickets to a different cruise or day for your visit at MDC.Weather on the lake is often cooler and breezier than on shore.
